My life has changed significantly since I started working out at Premier Fitness with Jen Garisto about 2 years ago. After losing my Mom, I fell into bad habits and thought that I would never feel good again- not only about my body but internally too. Not only had Jen instilled better/healthier habits into me with our workouts and eating tips but she gave me hope for a better Me. I find inspiration everyday to be stronger and now I feel like there is nothing that I can't do or try. I just finished up a 5K and owe a lot of it to Jen at Premier Fitness. Premier fitness isn't for everyone. If you want to hear about the local barbershop gossip and have trainers that are more interested in filling classes then clients needs stay home. Carl and Jenn run a top notch program that is designed to push clients to milestones rather then pacify. Their Hands on approach is unparalleled and their relationships with their clients is genuine. If you want to be challenged with a rigorous workout that will include the latest and greatest as well as the tried and true you have found a place that will serve you well.

I love the one on one training experience. You get a great workout in a private setting with trainers that genuinely want your health to improve. I have learned a lot about my body and how far I can push myself. I would recommend Premier Fitness to anyone wanting to improve their physical and mental health. Last winter, I reached a point where I had to do something different about my health.  Like most of us, I prioritized my career and family and my fitness level suffered.  I love the outdoors and am an avid cyclist. Every spring, it was tough to get back in the cycling groove.  I was so excited to get back on my bike this spring and feel like I didn’t miss a beat!

After contacting several trainers, I was intrigued by the private studio environment. I’m glad I started training at Premier Fitness!  I have made great progress and lost inches off my waist.  I am much more toned than I have been in a long time and I feel great.  The biggest change for me has been the lifestyle change.

I’ve always considered myself in relatively good health and someone who is physically fit. Before having my son in January 2009, I was at the gym 6-7 days a week, lifting weights and doing cardio. After his arrival, I hit a slump, finding it hard to get to the gym and making poor food choices.

Earlier this year (2010), I made the call to enlist Jennifer Garisto to help me, and we set up a training time for later that day! My goal was to lose almost 30 lbs.

Jennifer keeps my workouts fresh, switching it up each week to keep my muscles guessing. I’ve loved the new strength training moves she’s taught me, and the boxing segment was really fun. After training with her for eight months, I now have more muscle strength than I think I have ever had, and we continue to work on toning and definition. And my core strength is probably close to the best it’s ever been as well, even having been involved in year-round sports all my life. I’m only 10 pounds shy of my weight loss goal, and I’ve dropped body fat and gained lean muscle.

Aside from the great workouts, I’ve learned so much about nutrition from her. That has really made the difference. Thanks Jennifer!

Chris is just awesome. He knows exactly how hard to push me and tailors my workout to my physical needs. In the 1-1/2 years I've been working out with him I've totally changed my body and my physical abilities. He's very flexible with scheduling workout time and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of physical fitness. The gym itself is a very chill atmosphere, friendly staff and very clean facilities.

Prior to our coming to Premier Fitness, were woefully out of shape, typical couch potatoes. Our trainers, Jennifer and Lori, customized workouts to our individual needs. We look forward to our training sessions. We appreciate working out in the privacy of the studio rather than in a gym.
